How to Make Delicious, Ocean Inspired Burgers this Summer

Summer time is synonymous with grilling season. One of our favorite things here at CB Coastline to grill is salmon. After all, it is one of the most delicious and beautiful fish from the sea. And its season is summer. This week we are really excited to turn our grilled salmon into a delicious, moist, summer staple: the hamburger. That is right, this week we are grilling up a salmon burger! Oh, if you have never had one, you are in for a treat. It has the moistness and beautiful smoky flavor you expect from a hamburger along with that flakiness and rich flavor of salmon that you are longing for.
