Not that a little indulgence is bad for you at all! But, spoonful of sugar after spoonful of sugar is bound to catch up with you at some point. So, this time, take a refreshing vacation and nourish yourself with good and fresh food that leaves you feeling energized.
2). Enjoy the Ocean
This might come as a surprise, if you think of salt water as drying to your skin (and too much of any kind of water applied topically to your skin is drying, just think about the affects of washing dishes on your hands).
