NOTICE: Posted 3-1-2021: Many of the Villa Capriani units that sustained damage in 2018 due to Hurricane Florence are now back and ready for rental. The development is looking great. If the calendar on the unit website shows open weeks, that means that particular unit is open and ready for rental. Some properties on-site may still be undergoing repair and may not be available for the 2021 rental season at all.

We understand from the on-site HOA that all the amenities have been repaired and will be available and open for use during the summer. As with any development, we cannot guarantee that amenities will always be at 100% as they are controlled by the developments Homeowners Association and now with COVID-19, State mandates may apply.

During normal times all community pools and hot tubs would be open and operating at full capacity. These are not normal times. With COVID-19, all community pools and hot tubs are regulated by the NC State Governor and there may be REDUCED capacity mandates levied on pools and hot tubs. We hope you understand and will modify your expectations accordingly if these capacities are reduced.

Please come prepared to enjoy the beautiful beach and the Island irrespective of the advertised pool and hot tub amenities. We certainly hope and do expect them to be available but we just cannot guarantee this amenity due to COVID-19.
