Shipwatch Villas Rentals, Condos, Beach Rentals & Shipwatch Oceanfront Rentals

The Shipwatch Villas offers spectacular Shipwatch oceanfront rentals including oceanview townhomes, and oceanfront and poolside villas. Tastefully decorated with an emphasis on sand and surf, our Shipwatch vacation rentals offer three floors of unobstructed views of ocean and/or sound. In fact there are a total of 5 decks, front and back for your viewing pleasure. Our Shipwatch rentals have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and feature 2 queen or full beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The 2 bedroom villas are all beautifully appointed as well with either a queen or full bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa or 2 queen or full beds and a queen sleeper sofa. All are fully efficient with all the comforts of your own home washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV and cable. All have private balconies. A swimming pool is located on the grounds. Sorry, but the tennis courts are not presently available.

NOTICE: This development as well as all units within have experienced damage due to the recent hurricane Florence. We expect construction to go on through the remainder of 2018 and well into 2019. Individual units will be opened up for rental based on anticipated completion dates as per information provided by the individual homeowners, the Homeowners Association and the onsite contractors. Please speak with the reservationists about status and completion dates of certain individual units. Completion dates are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. If reservation must be cancelled due to not meeting the completion deadlines, the tenant will be given a full refund if they are not able to be accommodated into another unit.
