Everyone has concerns and questions about traveling during the coronavirus. Here on Topsail Island our local and state authorities have taken special precautions to ensure you and your family have a safe and fun beach vacation. Linen Protocols

Linens are just one of the areas where we have reviewed our procedures to ensure we are providing you with the absolute cleanest linens on Topsail Island. Work in in conjunction with out vendors we have created a linen protocol that guarantees you the freshest cleanest linens possible. For example all linens are washed in bleach. Once cleaned they are shrink wrapped and remain in the shrink wrapped until they arrive at your vacation home. Want to know more? Click here.

Did you know that we have several properties participating in our Special Sanitized Properties program. 

Coastline Realty takes your health and well-being seriously, and therefore we want all guests that choose to visit our properties to feel comfortable and assured that extra precautions have been taken to keep you and your family safe while on your summer vacation. With all of our homes you can feel safe and secure, but for a little extra touch of assurance these homes go well beyond our already high standards. 

Five easy things all travelers should do on vacation

There are things that all savvy travelers can do to stay safe and enjoy vacation at that the same time. The CDC recommends all citizens and travelers take the following precautions. Here are five things we can all do:

1. Where a face mask in public. Wearing a face mask is a easy way to help protect yourself and others. 

2. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds in hot water and soap. If that is not available use a high quality hand sanitizer. 

3. Practice social distancing by keeping six feet from other people. 

4. Avoid large gatherings and crowds. 

5. Wipe down frequently used objects and surfaces with disinfectant, like clorox wipes.
