This is a very beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor that is as close as you can get to the point of the building in a 2 bedroom unit. This location allows for absolutely spectacular ocean views from the private balcony off the living room and master bedroom.
The balcony is equipped with very comfortable outdoor furniture allowing for enjoyment of the unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. The refrigerator has a filtered - water ice maker system. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with extra seating available at the bar.
The living area is well accessorized with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. For accommodating those additional guests the sofa opens up to a queen sized bed. There is a flat screen TV and other entertainment equipment and WiFi is also provided throughout the unit.
The master bedroom has a king bed and access out to the private balcony. There is a private bath with tub and shower combination. There is also a flat screen TV in the master as well.
The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunks (adult sized twins) and a double bed. This bedroom is equipped with a TV as well. Just outside the bedroom door is an additional full bath with tub and shower combination.
Just down the hallway from the second bathroom is the laundry area complete with washer and dryer.
For your added enjoyment, you will find games, books, tapes, beach toys and some other basic beach equipment available for your use.
