This home has an elevator that will carry you from the ground level all the way to the top level and any floor in between. It is also equipped with a one of a kind feature for Topsail Island, a indoor private pool (Endless Pool) that is located on the first upper living level adjacent to the living room. This pool will be available year round with no extra fees.
The first living level of the home (above the ground level) is the kitchen (with two large fridges), a large dining area with large table, a living room with large flat screen TV, master bedroom, a full bath, elevator and the indoor pool. From the living room and the indoor pool area there is direct access out to the oceanfront balcony which is equipped with comfortable seating for enjoyment of the great ocean views. Also on this oceanfront balcony you will find a hot tub for your evening enjoyment after a long day at the beach.
As you ascend up to the second living level (upper level) you will be greeted by four large bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional living room. To bring in more natural light there are two skylights on this upper living level. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony on this top level.
This home is equipped with a bad weather entry from the bottom ground level which is great when carrying in your weekly supplies on a rainy day. You can also catch the elevator up to the living area from this ground level as well. There is a one car enclosed garage but additional parking is available in the drive way for 3 cars.
The development is equipped with a community pool and clubhouse for you to enjoy while vacationing at this lovely home. The community pool open and close dates are determined by the Homeowners Association only and may vary from year to year.
The beach access for this home is through the clubhouse and community pool area.
There are TV's throughout the home and WiFi is provided as well.
