The master bedroom has its own private bath equipped with a full shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that is equipped with a tub and shower combination.
This home is very well appointed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. There is a large screened in porch facing the waterfront that will allow you to maximize those great water views and to keep watch over your boat that is moored in your private dock. The dock offers a very convenient kayak launch area along with a covered seating area to enjoy those fabulous water views up close and personal.
The first level of the home offers a living area with abundant seating for the entire family along with an open plan kitchen that flows into the living and dining area. This allows you to enjoy and be a part of the family conversations while preparing those gourmet meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. The home is equipped with 4 TV's. There is one in each of the bedrooms along with one in the living room. The home is also equipped with WiFi.

This home is located on the end of the street which allows for great privacy with plenty of parking.
To get to the beach it's so quick and easy, you only have a short walk up the street and just across the road to the beach access.
