There is a private pool with a ramp for wheelchair access from garage level to pool enclosure.

There will be a $250 charge for the use of the pool during the remainder of the Price Break, Summertime’s Calling, Spring Value (through May), Tranquil and Getaway Seasons. Pool heater will be included ONLY during the months of March, April, May & October. Hot tub available year round, w/an activation fee of $80 during the Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.
