This room also provides direct access out to the large oceanside deck which is equipped with comfortable seating for enjoying those cool ocean breezes and fabulous water views. Adjacent to the living room is the all new kitchen which provides everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen was also remodeled in late 2019 and has all new solid surface countertops and all new cabinetry. From the kitchen you will have fabulous views of the Intracoastal/Sound to the rear and the ocean to the front. What a joy it will be to prepare your family meals with these water views in all directions.
