WiFi is also provided throughout the property. The living room also provides direct access out to the oceanside covered balcony where you will find comfortable seating while enjoying the ocean and the Intracoastal views.
The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
The dining area is all open and adjoins the kitchen and living area. The dining table will seat 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar area will seat 3 others.
Bedroom 1 (the master) is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, night stands and lamps, wall art, swivel rocker and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom has its own full private bath with a stand-up shower. This room also provides direct access out to the covered oceanside balcony.
