New to our rental program this home had received many 5-star reviews when previously rented through other sources.

Magnificent ocean views, classic décor, and plenty of room for family and friends to make memories that will last a lifetime. Sitting directly on the oceanfront you’ll have miles of pristine white sandy beach to explore right at your back door. Furnished decks (upper and lower) showcase the incredible ocean views while also providing you with a perfect location to enjoy everything from sunrise to alfresco meals.

Modern design, deluxe furnishings and high-end appliances fill the home, ensuring complete modern comfort for all your family and friends. The sunny living area provides the perfect setting for group gatherings, and a smart TV is equipped with streaming for movie night. If you prefer something more active, an 800-watt sound system and karaoke microphones ensure you and your friends will never want for entertainment. On top of that, three arcade games and a pool table are also available for some friendly competition.

8 full bedrooms 6.5 baths with additional bonus sleeping quarters. Equipped with 4 kings, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 pyramid bunks (2 twins over doubles), 2 regular twin bunks (4 twins), daybed with trundle (2 twins) with a sleeping capacity of 24.

As you first approach the home you will notice there are two garages, one on each side of the entrance door. The home is equipped with a bad weather entry which allows you direct access into the main house from the garage without getting wet due to rainy weather. From this ground level you will have direct access to the elevator that will quickly transport you, your supplies and luggage to all upper levels with ease.

First Floor: At your first elevator stop on the first-floor level you will find 4 large bedrooms, bathrooms and a laundry room. There are 2 king bedrooms (oceanside) that have adjoining baths and they both have flatscreen TV’s, ceiling fans, dressers, closets and nightstands. Each have private access out to the lower oceanfront deck. There are two bunk rooms (streetside) that have 1 pyramid bunk (twin over double) and 1 standard bunk (2 twins) in each of the bedrooms. Each of these bunk rooms will sleep 5 guests. There are also adjacent baths for these bunk rooms. This first-floor level provides easy access out to the oceanside deck where you will find an oceanfront hot tub, porch swing and seating along with gorgeous views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and white sandy beach directly in front of you.

Second Floor: At the second elevator stop on the second-floor level you will have arrived at the heart of the home. This is the main living area where everyone will congregate together for a wonderful fun filled family vacation. Here you will find a huge living area surrounded with glass for maximum views, a large modern kitchen with all stainless appliances solid surface countertops, subway tile backsplash, and custom cabinetry where you can prepare all your special home cooked meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for normal meal preparations along with all appliances including double door refrigerator with water and ice thru the door, smooth top range/oven combination, built-in microwave, 2 dishwashers, beverage fridge, Ninja air fryer, toaster oven, regular toaster and coffee makers.

The dining area adjoins the kitchen and is surrounded with large glass windows for a feel of “dining by the sea”. Additional dining seating is at the kitchen bar area as well as just out the slider door on the oceanfront deck where you will find a large dining table and chairs.

Between the kitchen and living area you will find a pool table positioned in the perfect location to stay connected with family members while having some friendly competition. There is also a convenient half bath off the living area. Just outside on the oceanfront deck you will find plenty of outdoor seating so that you can enjoy the magnificent views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You cannot get any closer to the beach than what this home offers.

As you move towards the rear of this second level (streetside) you will find two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom will have a queen bed and the other will have a double. The queen bedroom has a ceiling fan, Flatscreen TV, dresser and night stand. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan, dresser and nightstand.

Third Floor: At the third elevator stop you will find the Grand Master Suite, another master bedroom and a game room with three game machines and a sleeping area equipped with a daybed with twin trundle (2 twins).

The Grand Master Suite is equipped with a king bed, large private bath with a large glass walk-in shower, a private oceanfront deck with comfortable chairs and views galore. There are also a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, dresser, nightstands and closet.

The second master is equipped with a king bed, large private bath with large glass walk-in shower, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, dresser and nightstands, closet and great ocean views.

The additional sleeping quarters adjacent to the game area is equipped with a daybed with twin trundle (2 twins), three game machines, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out.

Hot Tub is Available Year-Round with a mandatory $80.00 Activation Fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Getaway Seasons.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to the property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
