Step into coastal comfort at Topsail Dunes 3308, a beautifully updated oceanfront condo with sweeping beach views and thoughtful touches throughout. Located on the third floor (for maximum views) of Building 3, this vacation ready retreat blends style and simplicity with unbeatable proximity to the sand and surf.

The spacious oceanfront living area invites you to unwind with plush seating, a flatscreen TV, and direct access to a private balcony where you can enjoy that early morning cup of coffee as the sun rises above the horizon.

The kitchen is well equipped and features stainless steel appliances, bar seating for four, and everything you need to prepare your vacation meals. The appliances include a double door fridge with icemaker, a smooth top range oven combination, dishwasher and microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee maker, toaster and blender. An adjacent café-style dining table offers additional seating so everyone can gather together for meals, games, or an afternoon snack.

With room up to 6 guests, this condo offers a comfortable layout for families or small groups. The oceanfront Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, cozy coastal bedding, balcony access and a full-size bath with shower.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed and twin over twin bunk -perfect for kids or extra guests. There is a second full bath with shower only steps away.

In the hallway between the two bedrooms, you will find a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in the living room and master bedroom.

Please Note: There are only 2 parking passes available for each unit at Topsail Dunes. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or Vrbo, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals Only which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to your reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotations with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
