Buckey Breeze is a very lovely and spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront condo with a large oceanfront deck and a rear screened-in porch with wonderful ocean and sound views.
This is an end unit which allows for more privacy and much better views than most. It has unobstructed views to the south as far as the eye can see along the beach.
This unit is set up to sleep 8 and is equipped with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a pyramid bunk with twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom. The bunk room will sleep 4. There are two full baths with tub and showers.
The living room has beautiful ocean views that allows for direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find nice high-top captain’s chairs and tables. The living room is set up with comfortable sofas, love seat and chairs that allow for great family time together when watching movies on the large flatscreen TV. You will also find an additional table in the living room that can be utilized for extra dining space or its great as a game table for board games etc.
The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major appliances and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven combination and a built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The cabinets are all white shaker style with granite countertops and subway tile backsplash.
The dining area is wonderful and is surrounded by a wall of glass which is like dining by the sea. You will love this spot with the expansive water views. There is another dining table in the living room and there is extra dining space at the kitchen bar area. Everyone will have ample seating space while enjoying those special family meals together.
Just off the kitchen and in the hallway, you will find a private laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1 which is the master is equipped with a king bed, night stands, lamps, ceiling fan, closet, flatscreen TV and a private bath with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with night stand and lamp, ceiling fan and closet.
Bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle which is set-up to sleep 4 in this room alone.
In the hallway between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 you will find a full bath with tub/shower combination.
This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
The Topsail Dunes Complex provides a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool, a kid’s playground with basketball court, outdoor grilling areas with picnic tables and park grills.
This is a great unit that is as close to the ocean as you will ever find anywhere, and it will provide you and your family a vacation experience that you will not soon forget. Try Buckeye Breeze one time and we are sure you will want to return for another visit.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
