From this special location you will experience expansive and panoramic views of the glistening white sandy shoreline of Topsail Island as well as the community pool and the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear. These are very special and unique views that can be experienced only from a few select properties and with this unit being on the top floor, it just doesn’t get much better than this.
As you are whisked up by elevator to the fourth floor, you will approach this unit from the private outside hallway and enter directly into the foyer area of the unit. Once you open the door you will quickly come to appreciate all that has been done to transform this unit into this type of luxury. The first thing that you will notice will be the great ocean views through the glass slider doors straight ahead. The views will be absolutely mesmerizing with expansive ocean views as far as the eye can see both to the north and the south.
We will start in the kitchen as it has been completely transformed with all new cabinetry with granite countertops and showcased with a beautiful tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combination, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The cabinets are all well stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, pot & pans and ample silverware. The living room also provides direct access out to the large oceanfront balcony where you will find excellent seating provided by resin style captains chairs and tables. Another great feature of this unit is that you can sit on the balcony, and while enjoying the views you can also keep an eye on your kids that may be down at the pool. Bedroom 3 is well separated from the other bedrooms and is located just down the hallway on the Soundside of the unit. This bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds (sleeps 4), various dresser/night stands and lamps, wall art, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. This is a great room for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite TV movies.
Just outside the door of bedroom 3 is a large bath with double vanities and a tub and shower combination. A little further down the hallway you will find a laundry area that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.

We’ve spent two amazing weeks here enjoying the great shark teeth hunting and gorgeous weather. We come every year with my sister-in-law and her grandkids and our two kiddos. We love having the cousins together every year! We found so many shark teeth this year; we counted 5,851! We saw dolphins at least three times as well. Until next time!

We spent one really fun week here. This was actually my graduation present instead of having a party and my last trip with my friends before I move away for college and it was really fun and we made lots of good memories. I hope to come back soon because my family comes here every year, but this was probably my last time for a while which makes me sad but it was definitely a trip to remember and I had a truly amazing time.

Absolutely love your place! View can’t be beat. We have been coming to Topsail for over 40 years. We changed units this year & cannot believe how much better this unit is. Love the décor & the amenities. Modern kitchen is awesome! Love the deck furniture as well. So nice to be able to have a low seating area as well as the high-top to see the ocean views.

Amazing time visiting! My family and I had the best week together. The condo was amazing and very spacious. We enjoyed the views and the charm of the condo. This was our first time to Topsail, NC, (my sister and brother-in-law have been here the last 3 years). Our children loved the beach. My daughter loved the small basket of toys and my son thought the pigeon outside by the light was awesome. Our family of 10 had a fun week together. Walks on the beach were our favorite in the morning. We enjoyed using the boogie board, too. This is a beautiful home and we had a great week here!
