1112 Shipwatch Villas is a very lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo that is equipped to sleep 6 guests. The bedding set-up includes 2 king beds (1 in each of the spacious bedrooms) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, all designed for maximum comfort.
1112 Shipwatch is in the perfect location for accessibility as it is near the front point of the building and poolside which allows for maximum views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. This location is the closest you can get to the front point in a 2-bedroom unit and coupled with a poolside location makes it easy to monitor your children right from the unit while they are enjoying the pool.
The living area is expansive with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family and it provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa to allow for extra guests. There is a large flatscreen TV as well as a ceiling fan, end table and lamps along with a coffee table.
The large oceanfront balcony stretches across the complete length of the unit and provides a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while catching the sunrise as it peeks over the ocean horizon.
The living area, dining, and kitchen all join to create an open floor plan with lots of usable space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major appliances and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range/oven and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is custom cabinetry, solid surface countertops and subway tile backsplash. There is also a bar area to accommodate additional dining.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped to seat 6 at the table and two others at the kitchen bar area.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit and is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, closet, flat screen TV and a private bath with large walk-in shower. There is also direct access to the oceanfront balcony from the master.
Down the hallway and well separated from the master you will find bedroom 2 which is equipped with a king bed, night stand and lamp, closet, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath (second bathroom) with a tub and shower combination and double vanities.
Down the hallway between the two bedrooms, you will find a private laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty Vacations in order to receive final conformations.
The property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to the property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
