*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or Vrbo you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals only, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.

"We spent the week of Fall Break at the Blue Heron this year. It was our first time visiting Topsail and using Coastline realty. The house was very clean and nice. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because our bed wasn’t super comfortable. Other than that we had a great experience. The house was ready early and check-in and check-out were both super convenient. Would definitely use Coastline again

"We have stayed in the Blue Heron for one week in August each of the past three summers. It is a great house in a great location and works well for our family. Each of the five bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The kitchen has good space in which to cook/eat and is well equipped. The property is oceanfront and also has views of the sound on the other side. Coastline Realty is fantastic to work with - hospitable, friendly, accommodating, responsive. We will visit N. Topsail Beach again!
