A Sunny Delight is a beautiful 6-bedroom 6.5 bath oceanfront home with a Hot Tub and private oceanfront Swimming Pool that is equipped to sleep 17 guests. There are multiple oceanfront decks, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, game area with foosball table, bad weather entry from carport, private laundry, WiFi throughout, multiple smart TV’s, DVD players, game stations, and free parking.

The second floor is the main living level which houses the large living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a large bedroom with its own private bath. The living area has access out to the large oceanfront deck and the bedroom also has access out to the oceanfront deck.

The living area, dining and kitchen are all open which makes for great family gatherings. The living room consists of a huge circular sofa which is great for family time while watching those favorite movies together. There is a large mounted flat screen TV equipped with a game station and DVD player, ceiling fan, coffee table and LOTs of windows so you will not miss the views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean as it crashes against the shoreline.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream as it has everything needed for all your meal preparations included all the required large appliances and the small countertop appliances. The large appliances include a large stainless fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, smooth top range/oven and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a standard coffee pot, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender. There is a large center island bar which can also double for 4 extra dining spots.

There is a convenient half bath off the kitchen and living area.

The dining area is large and is equipped with a huge table that seats 12 guests with 4 others at the kitchen bar area. The dining area is surrounded by glass to showcase all the beautiful water views while having that special family meal together. You will not want to leave this spot.

Bedroom 2 - The large bedroom on this level is considered one of the masters which is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, closet, flatscreen TV, direct access out to the oceanfront deck and its own private bath with a jetted tub and glass enclosed shower.

Bedroom 1 - Moving up the stairs to the top level you will find the grand master suite or Penthouse Suite. It encompasses to entire top level of the house. It is equipped with a king bed, end tables and lamps, dresser, arm chair, flat screen TV, closet and its own private bath with jetted tub, and glass enclosed shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to its own private oceanfront deck where you will have endless views up and down the beach.

Now down to the first living level we enter bedroom 3 which is oceanfront and south facing. It is equipped with a king bed, night stand with lamp, desk with chair, dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and its own private bath with tub/shower combination. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the porpoises as they troll the shoreline for their early morning meal.

Bedroom 4 is oceanfront and center house location. It is equipped with two set of bunk beds, one having two twins and a twin trundle and the other having two doubles. This room will sleep 7 and is a great spot for kids to hang out. There is a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall and a game station for this room to keep the kids occupied. This bedroom has a private bath with a shared shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

Bedroom 5 is oceanfront and center house location. It is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, night stands with lamps, dresser, flat screen TV, closet. This bedroom has a private bath with shared shower. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

Bedroom 6 – is oceanfront and north facing. It is equipped with a queen bed, night stand and lamp, dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet. This bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower combination. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck.

In the hallway of this first living level, you will find a private laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Just a few houses down and across the street (3 minute walk) is the North Topsail Beach Park which has something for everyone – playground equipment for kids, basketball court, volleyball sand court, tennis court, picnic tables and deep-water access for paddle boards or kayaks.

This home is only 1 mile to world class golfing at North Shore Country Club and only 1 mile to Seaview fishing pier.

Hot Tub will be available year-round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.

The Pool is open from May through October with no additional fees.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to the property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
