If you are planning that perfect beach vacation and a major requirement includes outstanding ocean views, this is the unit. When you arrive at this unit you will immediately be drawn to the living area where you will be greeted with one of the most expansive ocean views the Island has to offer. The living area has direct access out to the large oceanfront deck where the expansive views towards the north up the Island, and south down the Island can only be classified as mesmerizing. This one-bedroom unit is set up to sleep 6 comfortably. It is equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sleeper sofa, two recliners, various end tables and lamps and a flat screen TV with cable. WiFi is also provided throughout. The living area also provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching those early morning sunrises. It is not uncommon to see porpoises swimming by during the early morning as they troll the shoreline looking for their early morning meal.
The kitchen has everything needed for basic meal preparations. It is equipped with all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender.
The dining area is equipped with a large table that seats 4 and the kitchen bar area will seat 2 others.
Down the hallway from the living area, you will find a bunk alcove area with 2 twin bunk beds. This is a great spot for the kids.
The master bedroom which is to the rear of the unit is equipped with a queen bed, night stand and lamp and a small table with bench. There is also a TV in this room (no cable). From this bedroom you will find the beautiful views of the salt marshes and Intracoastal Waterway to the rear. This is a great extra benefit and is not offered in most other units. Its all about positioning of the units as to what views they offer. This particular unit has it all when it comes to views.
The bathroom is located in the hallway between the bunk area and the master bedroom. It is equipped with a tub and shower combination.
Just outside the bathroom door you will find a private laundry area that is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The Topsail Dunes Complex provides a large oceanfront swimming pool for tenants enjoyment plus outdoor grilling areas and a small playground for kids. This building offers direct beach access out to the white sandy beaches of Topsail Island. At the beach access you will find outdoor showers for rinsing off after a long and enjoyable day on the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: Building 1 has no elevator, also there are only two parking passes available for each unit in the complex, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
