This lovely 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is in the oceanfront St Regis Resort complex. It is located on the 2nd floor, allowing for great views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.
As you enter the unit you will find a full bathroom with tub and shower combination to the right. In the hallway is a set of built-in twin bunk beds, which will certainly be enjoyed by the kids. Just past the bunk beds you will enter an open area where you will find a spacious kitchen with everything needed for basic meal preparation. Adjoining the kitchen is the living room and dining area where there's access to the ocean side balcony. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests.
The master bedroom is to the left of the living room and is equipped with a queen bed and a full bath. This room has a nice closet for storing your extra clothing, along with a dresser/ vanity and a TV.
The complex has an indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as a spacious outdoor pool, charcoal grills, playground and fitness center with sauna. With everything you need right here in one place, it’s a great place to enjoy a vacation without leaving the complex!

The indoor pool at the St Regis is still under construction and there is no definitive opening date as of the time of this posting.
According to the St Regis Homeowners Association, the main outdoor pool will be open for the summer season.
