New to our rental program for 2020
This lovely 3-bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo unit has recently undergone a renovation for the 2020 rental season. New flooring, paint and accessories are just a few of the items included to make this a great choice for your upcoming beach vacation.
This unit is located on the first living level (well elevated) up near the very front point of Building 1 in the much-desired St Regis Resort. It has outstanding views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean where you can sit on your oceanfront balcony and watch the Porpoises as they troll by in search for their morning meal. It also has a view of the indoor pool and hot tub area. There are elevators that will swiftly transport you and your luggage from the ground level and up to each floor level, or you may choose to take the stairs.
As you enter this lovely oceanfront unit through the foyer you will find the kitchen directly to your left. It is fully equipped to accommodate all your basic meal preparations. It features all required major and small appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, blender and toaster. You will find plenty of cabinet space for storing items and a large counter top with bar stools for seating additional guests.
The dining area is connected to the kitchen and living room which creates an open floor plan for great family entertainment. There is ample seating at the dining table for 6 and 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is on the ocean side of the unit with a focus on the prestigious view of the ocean as soon as you walk in the door. Here you will find nautical accessories and a wrap-around balcony with direct access from the living room. Take a moment to breath in the ocean air or just sit back and relax on the sofa while watching TV. This room is equipped with plenty of seating for the family and includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra overnight guests. There is a built-in wet bar directly beside the sofa for you to store your fine wine and spirits. WiFi is provided throughout the unit.
The master bedroom offers much privacy and is equipped with a queen bed and is located on the oceanside of the unit with direct access out to the oceanfront balcony. It has a dresser with two nightstands and of course a flatscreen TV with DVD player. There is a full private bath with tub and shower combination connected to this bedroom. Imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean and the warmth of the sunshine as it slowly peeks over the horizon.
Bedroom two is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, flatscreen TV and full-length closet mirror. Not to mention a lovely ocean view from your window, and conveniently close to a shared full bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom three is equipped with a double bed and two small dressers. This room has a flatscreen TV/DVD and easy access to a shared full bath, as well as its own balcony access. This is a perfect room for kids where they can entertain themselves by watching their favorite movies or games.

The indoor pool at the St Regis is still under construction and there is no definitive opening date as of the time of this posting.
According to the St Regis Homeowners Association, the main outdoor pool will be open for the summer season.
