POOL UPDATE

As of the date of this notice, for 2021 we do not have any final word on the pool openingas of yet. The pool is controlled by the Homeowners Association and they follow the NC Governors guidelines and instructions. With mass vaccinations now being underway for COVID-19, we would anticipate an improvement in minimizing the infection rates by the summer season, which would seem to allow the Governor to make a favorable decision for opening as he did in 2020. We just cannot be 100% sure at this time.
We will keep you posted on this matter as information comes in.
This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo unit located in the much-desired Topsail Dunes Complex. It has 1 private bedroom as well as a built-in bunk area located in the hallway between the bathroom and the living room. The living room also has a Queen sleeper sofa, which will allow this unit to sleep 6 comfortably. There is a private balcony off the living area that provides absolutely great views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, as well as magnificent sunrises as they peek over the horizon. In the
living room there is a sleeper sofa along with two comfortable chairs. There is a ceiling fan, TV with cable and WiFi is provided throughout.
The dining area is set up with a table and 4 dining chairs. There are also two bar stools located at the kitchen bar area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. The appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and microwave as well as a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and is equipped with a ceiling fan. The bunk area has two twin bunks, which is great for the kids.
The master bath is equipped with a tub and shower combination. Just outside the bathroom door is a laundry area with a stack washer/dryer.
The complex provides a large oceanfront swimming pool for tenant’s enjoyment, plus outdoor grilling areas and a small playground for kids. This unit is also very close to the community beach access within the complex. At the beach access locations, you will find outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: BUILDING 1 HAS NO ELEVATOR. ALSO, THERE ARE ONLY TWO PARKING PASSES AVAILABLE PER UNIT, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
Notice: The tennis courts are no longer available in this complex.
