Barnacles Cove is a beautiful and very well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home located across the street from the ocean on 23rd Avenue and is only steps away from a convenient beach access. It has a great ocean and sound view.
You will approach Barnacles Cove by a driveway lined with beautiful Palm Trees on each side. This home is tucked away amid a beautiful tropical setting which includes a fabulous back yard entertainment area. The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy and includes a Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Water Features and Fountains, comfortable seating with loungers and it’s all highlighted amid lush tropical foliage. This is a great place for outdoor entertainment and ultimate relaxation.
There is one more outdoor feature that is well worth describing. It is the outdoor shower area. This is an outdoor shower unlike any other you have seen at a beach house. It is approximately 6 feet by 8 feet in size and is all enclosed in with ceramic tile with a full ceiling as well as top of the line faucets and shower heads providing hot and cold water. Even though it’s outdoors and intended for use of showering off the salt and sand after a long day at the beach, it’s almost as nice as many indoor walk-in showers. You will be impressed!
As you enter the home on the first living level you will be greeted by three large bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom on this level has direct access out to the ocean view covered porch where you will find plenty of comfortable seating as well as those great water views.
The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a queen bed and ceiling fan along with access out to the large covered porch area.
The center bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan along with access out to the large covered porch area.
The third bedroomon this level is equipped with a Pyramid bed (full on bottom and twin on top), a flat screen TV/Smart TV (No Cable) with DVD and access out to the large covered porch area. This room would be a great place for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite moves.
There are two full baths on this bedroom level.
Across the hallway from the bedrooms on this level you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
As you move up to the next level of the home (top level) you will find the main living area of the home which includes the kitchen, dining and living room, all open to maximize entertainment during family gatherings. This area also provides direct access out to a large ocean view deck with plenty of comfortable seating for the family. This is where the views really become mesmerizing.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances. All major kitchen appliances are stainless steel and include: a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, range/oven and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include: a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is plenty of storage space with custom cabinetry highlighted with granite countertops. Off the kitchen, overlooking the tropical backyard area is a small porch equipped with a gas grill and a pub table with chairs. The view here overlooks the backyard as well as views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.
The dining area has ample seating for 6 at the table and 2 additional at the kitchen bar area. There is an outdoor pub table and a large picnic table for outdoor dining.
The living area is open and spacious and is decorated with light and bright beach colors that will quickly transform you into the vacation mood. There is a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of comfortable seating for the family. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and not for use by guest. This room also provides direct access out to the ocean side deck where you can enjoy the lovely ocean views.
Down the hallway from the living area you will find the Master bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and has direct access out to the ocean side deck. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination.
As you can easily see, Barnacles Cove has a lot to offer at a very affordable price. You will absolutely love the outdoor entertainment area around the TiKi Bar and Hot Tub. And not to forget you will only be a very short and easy walk just across the street to the beautiful glistening Atlantic Ocean.
