This is the north side of an oceanfront duplex with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths on each side. There are 3 living levels, with the main living areas on the 3rd or topmost level taking advantage of the spectacular ocean views. An elevator runs from the ground all the way to the upper level. WiFi is provided throughout the property and there are TV’s with cable. There is a laundry area that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. The large appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The dining area has ample seating for the family to enjoy their meals together as well as extra bar seating.
All but one of the 5 bedrooms are oceanfront. One of the ocean bedrooms (on the lower level) is quite small, with a double futon that can sleep one adult or possibly two small children. The other 4 bedrooms have queen beds. There is one master bedroom on the lower level and one on the middle level.
There are oceanfront decks on all 3 levels. The upper level deck has a Hot Tub from which you can enjoy the warm bubbling water while watching the twinkling of the starlit sky.
There is covered parking underneath for one car and available space in the driveway for two additional cars. There is a bad weather entry from underneath in the carport area in the location next to the elevator. There is an outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water which is great for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
This is a great property for large families who may choose to rent both sides of this duplex (if available). If both sides are rented together a family would have 10 bedrooms with 8 full baths and two half baths as well as two full kitchens and living areas with two Hot Tubs.
Dogs (only) allowed only with a $175.00 per dog, non-refundable fee.
