Living areas plus a half bath are on the mid-level to take advantage of the view. The lower living level has the 2 bedrooms plus 1 bath and a laundry area. The upper 3rd floor level is the master suite with full bath. Each level has a private balcony on the ocean side.
NOTICE: There has been some beach erosion in front of this property, which has required the installation of sand bags. The amount of beach is limited with these sand bags in place. For access to the beach, a short walk down the street may be necessary.
Even though the amount of beach and the access is limited, the views are simply outstanding!
