The living room provides direct access out to the oceanside covered balcony where you will find very comfortable resin captains chairs and a table. You will find this a very relaxing spot with wonderful views.
The kitchen is fabulous and is equipped with new custom cabinetry with soft close hinges, tile back splash and full granite countertops. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances.
