This lovely 3-bedroom 3.5 bath waterfront beach home is precisely positioned to provide maximum water views. From almost every window in the house, you will enjoy the fabulous water views whether it be the deep-water canals, the Intracoastal Waterway or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This home is all about boating convenience, waterway access and easy beach access. Just to the rear of the home you will find a private boat launch ramp and a private dock area to tie up your boat when you come in after along and enjoyable day on the water or just to enjoy fishing/crabbing in your back yard. The boat ramp also makes for an easy launch of the house kayaks and standup paddleboard. To the front of the home and only a very short walk (approx. 3-minute walk) is a beach access that will lead you directly down to the white sandy beaches of Topsail Island.
Other outdoor amenities include a covered TIKI Bar area equipped with hanging party lights, comfortable lounge sofas and chairs, coffee table, bar stools, a hot tub and TV. Adjacent to theTIKI Bar you will also find a grilling area equipped with a gas grill and picnic table. This is a great location for outdoor entertaining and it all comes with a full view of the Intracoastal Waterway. You will love this home!
As you enter the home on the main living level you will quickly notice the beautiful beachy color scheme that flows nicely throughout the home. The flooring throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen is luxury vinyl plank. The living room is like a wall of glass which showcases the beautiful water views in all directions. It just doesn’t get any better than this!
The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable swivel rockers with ottomans, 1 recliner, 1 futon, various end tables and coffee tables, ceiling fan, 2 flatscreen TV’s (great for game day),beverage fridge, small bar with stools, and a foosball table for additional entertainment. The living room provides direct access out to the large water facing deck where you will find plenty of seating for enjoying the boats traveling along the waterway, or just sit back in late afternoon and enjoy the serenity and solitude as the burning sun descends along the Intracoastal Waterway. From this home you will enjoy those burning sunsets each and every day.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for small and large group meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The kitchen was recently renovated and features gorgeous granite countertops. The major appliances include a stainless refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven combination. The countertop appliances include 2 coffee pots (Keurig and standard), toaster oven and a Ninja blender. There is also a crock pot, griddle and crab boil pots. The kitchen also has a pantry, which is convenient for storing your weekly supplies.
The kitchen has a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and there is a bar area that has 4 bar stools for extra dining space. The water views from the kitchen are simply outstanding.
The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and is equipped with a large table with seating for 8. While enjoying your meal from this dining area you will be directly facing some of the best water views offered anywhere on Topsail Island. You will not want to leave the table.
If you prefer your meals outside, there is a large table and chairs suitable to seat 6 for dining and a pub table to seat 2 on the deck that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. Additionally, there is a small table to seat 2 on the front deck.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a half bath and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is located on this same living level and is positioned to the oceanside of the home. It is equipped with a king bed, small futon sofa, nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, large flatscreen TV, wall art, small work desk and a private full bath with tub & shower combination.
Down the hallway from the living room, you will find a special exercise room equipped with a Peloton Bike+ and all the necessary weights and accessories to accommodate any special routines. The Peloton Bike+ features a swivel screen and Resistance Knob with an Auto Follow option, which means the bike automatically adjusts the resistance to the instructor's recommendation. Pedals are equipped with both Delta-compatible cleats and shoe baskets on the underside for those that do not have compatible cycling shoes (not provided). No paid membership is required to access the Peloton content that includes cycling, strength, Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, etc... There are special effects lighting to help set the mood for a good quality workout. For safety, this room will be locked out to kids and only utilized by adults who will be given the door code at check in.
As you continue on down the hallway you will come to bedroom 2 which is equipped with a king bed, dresser, lamp and nightstand, ceiling fan, swivel rocker chair, flatscreen TV and a private bath with tub & shower combination. Views of the water are simply outstanding from this bedroom.
Now we will take the stairs to the lower-level bedroom (bedroom 3) which is equipped with a queen bed and 2 bunks beds (4 twins). This room alone will sleep 6 comfortably. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movies or game. This room is decorated in a fish tank theme with special accent lighting around the borders. There is a private full bath with tub & shower combination. This lower-level bedroom (The Fish Tank) is a great location for keeping the kids occupied.
