There is a large balcony on the oceanfront side that extends across the front of the unit. Access to the balcony is obtained from two of the oceanfront bedrooms as well as the living room. Bring your binoculars as this is the perfect place to spot the Porpoises as they swim by each day just beyond the breakers. The oceanfront balcony provides plenty of seating for the family to enjoy the great views and the cool ocean breezes.
The living room which directly faces the ocean is very spacious and provides plenty of seating for the entire family. A 50 inch flatscreen TV along with other entertainment equipment is available in the living room as well as a sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. Ceiling fans are throughout the unit and WiFi is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for basic meal preparation. The dining area has ample seating and is conveniently positioned adjacent to the kitchen.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, private bath, TV, and access to the oceanfront balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom three has 2 twin beds.
Down the hallway adjacent to one of the bedrooms you will find a third bathroom and a laundry room.
The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.
