Top Ten Questions About Your Vacation
A. No, linens are generally not included. You are responsible for bringing bed and bathroom linens. Some homes do offer free linens, but that is the exception, not the norm. Properties that include linens will have a note stating "Linens Provided." However, there are linen services available. Linen service costs $26.00 per bed, and includes sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Linens will be delivered to the residence on the day of check-in. Just let your reservationists know you are interested in linen service when you book your reservation.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A.Yes, we do offer a limited number of vacation homes that are pet-friendly. Looking for a specific location with a pet-friendly home? Our staff will be happy to help. Please remember that having pets in a non-pet rental is grounds for immediate eviction. Pets require a $175.00 fee per pet.
A. We have everything you can imagine, from steak to seafood. The area is, of course, famous for fresh seafood, and our local Stump Sound Oysters (which you must try). At check-in, you'll receive a packet which includes information on many of the area restaurants. Stay tuned to our blog as we will be featuring all the best places to eat on Topsail Island.
Q. Do you rent bicycles?
A. Our office is located at 965 Old Folkstone Road, in Sneads Ferry. Look for the Topsail Way Shopping Center approximately half a mile before the high-rise bridge that takes you to the island.
A. Yes, there is a Food Lion in the same shopping center where our office is located. This is a great time-saving convenience. Just check-in, grab some groceries, and you're ready to hit the beach!
Q. What is there to do in the area?

Q. What time can I check in?
A. Check-in is at 4 pm. This allows our staff to professionally clean each property before your arrival. You are welcome to check with us the day of your arrival to see if your property has been cleaned and inspected earlier than 4 pm. However, we have no way of knowing what order the properties will be cleaned from week to week. Please plan on a 4 pm check-in time to be safe.
Q. What is a damage deposit waiver plan?
A. Normally a damage deposit is required with all reservations. However, you can elect to purchase a Damage Deposit Waiver Plan. The plan costs $55.00 and covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages to the property. *Note not all properties are eligible.
