As they say, you had us at avocado. What could be better than avocados and fresh crab. Maybe a day on Topsail Island, but besides that we can't think of anything better. We stumbled upon this recipe and instantly fell in love with it. One great thing about these is they can be enjoyed cold or straight out of the oven. We like them warm with fresh tortillas.
